Cookie policy

In short: this website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. We do not follow you across other websites and we have no connection to advertising platforms such as Google Ads or Meta. The only things we store are your choice in the cookie banner and a technical security cookie from our hosting provider. If you fill in a form, we do of course process the details you enter yourself. You can read how that works in our privacy statement.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your computer, tablet or phone when you visit the site. They can remember a choice you made, for example, or help keep the website secure and available. In this policy, "cookies" also covers similar techniques that let a site store or read something on your device.

Cookies that are strictly necessary to make the website work do not require your consent by law. All other cookies do. We currently do not use that second category at all.

2. Which cookies do we use?

This is everything this website places:

Remembers the choice you made in the cookie banner, so we do not have to ask again on every visit. Without this cookie the banner would keep coming back.

Technical security cookie from our hosting

Our website is hosted through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may place a technical cookie (__cf_bm, for example) to protect the site against automated traffic and abuse, and to serve the pages quickly. This cookie does not build a profile of you and is not used for advertising.

3. What we do not do

To be clear, this website has no:

  • analytics or statistics tool such as Google Analytics, Matomo or Contentsquare
  • advertising or remarketing cookies, and no connection to Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn or any other advertising platform
  • social media pixels or tracking scripts
  • visitor profiles, and no tracking of your behaviour on other websites

We do not sell your details and we do not share them with parties that want to base advertising on them.

4. Forms: what does happen

We do collect information through the request form and the contact form. That is the information you enter yourself: your name, your contact details, the address of the property and whatever else you tell us about your request. Those details go to our form processor and reach us, so that we can handle your request or question. No cookie is involved: your details are only sent at the moment you click send yourself.

If you arrive on the site through a link that carries source labels (the utm_source, utm_medium and similar parts after the question mark in the address bar), we send those labels along with your request. That tells us which link a request came in through. Nothing is stored on your device for it and you are not tracked with it.

What we do with the information from the forms, how long we keep it and which rights you have is set out in our privacy statement.

5. Services from other parties on this website

A few parts of the site are provided by other parties. These are all of them:

  • Cookiebot shows the cookie banner and stores your choice in the cookie from section 2.
  • Cloudflare hosts the website and may place the technical security cookie from section 2.
  • Google Fonts provides the fonts used on the site. Your browser loads them from Google, which means Google sees your IP address. No cookie is placed for this.
  • Our form processor receives the details you enter in a form, as described in section 4.

If you click a link to WhatsApp, for example, you leave this website. From that moment on, that party's terms and privacy policy apply.

6. Changing your choice or deleting cookies

You can change your choice at any time. Open the cookie banner again here:

You can also delete or block cookies yourself through your browser settings, usually under "Privacy" or "Clear history". If you delete this site's cookies, we will simply ask for your choice again on your next visit.

7. Changes to this cookie policy

If we do add an analytics or marketing tool to the site in the future, we will update this page and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first through the cookie banner. The date at the top of this page shows when we last updated the text.
