Through the forms on this website (the request form and contact form) we collect:

• Name and contact details (email address, phone number)
• Address details of the property (postcode, house number, street, city)
• Details about your property that you fill in yourself (type, construction period, reason for the request)
• Any comments or messages you add yourself

3. What do we use this data for?

• To draw up a quote and price for your energy label
• To schedule and carry out the inspection of your property
• To register the energy label in EP-online (RVO)
• To respond to your question or message

We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your consent and do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Who do we share your data with?

Your data is processed via the contact/request form on this website and reaches our form processor and RVO (for registering the official energy label in EP-online). This website is hosted via Cloudflare. We do not share your data with other parties unless legally required to do so.

5. How long do we keep your data?

We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, and in any case not longer than the statutory retention periods that apply to us.

6. Your rights

You have the right to view, correct or have your data deleted. You can also object to the processing of your data. To do so, contact us via info@huyslabels.nl. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
